Working at CMA is a wonderful experience. I wake up the morning happy and excited to go to work. I am surrounded by a diverse team; all intelligent and friendly people. CMA allows me the opportunity to be in frequent contact with people from Harvard University’s Program on Negotiation and gain access to cutting edge research. Time flies when I’m working across the globe delivering workshops and directly impacting people’s lives. CMA has taught me and continues to teach me the meaning of professionalism and agility. I get to create positive change in the world and have fun doing it.
