Barkha Tripathi

Management Consultant


Barkha is a leadership and negotiation educator who has coached and trained emerging and experienced leaders across sectors and cultures. At Harvard University, she taught Adaptive Leadership and Negotiation to more than 200 graduate students from over 30 countries. She has designed experiential learning environments, co-created negotiation curricula, and supported research on gender, career advancement, and access to opportunity. Her facilitation draws on behavioral science, systems thinking, and her experience working with diverse international groups.
Prior to joining CMA, Barkha co-founded The Zero Period, a nonprofit advancing comprehensive sexuality education in Indian public schools. She led program design, multi-stakeholder partnerships, large-scale training delivery, and data-driven evaluation, ultimately reaching more than 15,000 students and training educators across multiple states. Her work also spans community-building, donor engagement, and operational leadership.

Barkha holds a Masters in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Delhi. She brings a cross-sector perspective, cultural sensitivity, and a deep commitment to helping people communicate with clarity, build more effective, values-aligned relationships at work, and lead change more effectively.
