Workshop Overview

Our two-day Getting To Yes program develops the core concepts and skills that underpin principled, interest-based negotiation. This workshop empowers participants to skilfully manage any negotiation, no matter how challenging. They will learn how to create value, prepare for upcoming negotiations, communicate effectively, and deal with difficult behaviours.

We show participants how to maintain a value-generating approach, even when counterparts are behaving competitively. We provide them with the tools necessary to increase their confidence, manage those difficult moments, and improve their outcomes.

Customisable to suit participants at any level of experience, this workshop will enable your team or organisation to:

  1. Strategically create higher-value outcomes, both in terms of the substance and the relationship.
  2. Establish a “common language” for preparing for negotiations together.
  3. Reduce time and energy wasted on stalemate and conflict with clients and customers.
  4. Develop confidence and an increased willingness to “stay at the table” when negotiations become difficult.
