Workshop Overview

Our two-day training workshop Consulting Skills explores the relationship between consultant and client. Participants learn how to create genuine value for their client, manage an effective consulting process, and build lasting professional Relationships.

We shift participants from seeing clients as someone to work around, to seeing them as someone to work with. This workshop demystifies the complexities of clients’ needs and equips consultants with the tools for collaborating with their clients for mutual gain.

This workshop will enable your team or organisation to:

  1. Gain a deeper understanding of their clients’ business drivers and how they perceive value.
  2. Ask insightful questions to effectively diagnose their clients’ real needs and design innovative, value-adding solutions.
