Rebecca has over 11 years of Human Resources and Learning and Development experience and holds qualifications in both Psychology (Honours) and Human Resources. Rebecca is also accredited in both Myers Briggs Type Indicator and DISC.
Rebecca’s experience in the areas of leadership development and collaborative communication has included coaching, consulting, instructional design, facilitation and project work for a diverse range of clients. She draws upon her practical experience across the retail, professional services and education sectors where she has worked in various Human Resources/Learning and Development roles.
Rebecca regularly facilitates workshops in a broad number of areas including leadership, communication, coaching and feedback, teamwork and self-awareness where she encourages intentional practice to ensure there is real behavioural change. She has particular interest and expertise in the areas of conflict resolution, negotiation and influential communication where she draws upon frameworks and theory from the Harvard Negotiation Project, the world’s leading ‘think tank’ in the areas of negotiation, influence and communication.
