Workshop Overview

Following our two-day advanced negotiation program, or for participants with significant training and experience in negotiation, this one-day Strategic Negotiators Intensive focuses on participants’ personal strengths and challenges. We go beyond general guidelines, and into strategy and relationship management advice tailored for each individual.

This workshop empowers experienced negotiators to better understand their own behaviours, so as to design and lead more efficient and  conflict-free negotiations. We give them tools to master negotiation strategy, fine-tune the negotiation process, and strengthen relationships not only with their counterpart but also for “the inner negotiation”.

This workshop will enable your strategic level negotiators to:

  1. Strategically manage and utilize personal predispositions to negotiation.
  2. Develop their-awareness of personal challenges in high stakes situations.
  3. Design an effective negotiation process, set clear and concise agendas and clarify the interplay between authority and decision making.
  4. Improve their overall agility in a negotiation.
  5. Effectively manage their own internal responses when engaging in challenging negotiations.
