Eliezer Kornhauser

In 1994 Eliezer founded CMA and built the business to become an acclaimed specialist in the development and application of interpersonal skills, based on Harvard Law School’s best practice IP. Recognised as an innovator who brought the Harvard approach of negotiation to Australia, Eliezer has facilitated hundreds of workshops and led a broad array of dispute resolution processes. Between 1994-2023 Eliezer played an active role as an Executive before making the hard decision to sell the business whilst maintaining a continued connection as an advisor and consultant.
Eliezer has broad experience in law, commerce, conflict management and education. He is also the Chairman of BCI Group, a private property investment and development company, where he has developed and applied his expertise in the negotiation of complex business transactions and relationships.
Eliezer is a contributor to the worldwide Chabad Lubavitch movement, sharing his thought leadership and financial support with a wide range of not-for-profit organisations involved in welfare, education and religious outreach.
