Definitely worth being on, I would challenge anybody that didn’t take a least one concept and put it into practice in their environment.
Not everybody is born with a built in skill to negotiate. The course sets the fundamentals in place to secure effective outcomes.
This was helpful to enable us to stand back from something we do everyday, sometimes on autopilot, and to look at how to improve.
